Frequently asked questions about our massage services
Your therapist will ask you to fill out a health history form. Afterwards, the therapist will begin the massage based on the specific needs you discussed. You will lie on a massage table, covering yourself with a sheet or towel.
For those using massage as preventive care or to manage daily stress, once a month is common. If you are dealing with specific conditions or injuries, more frequent sessions may be recommended.
We require 24 hours notice for cancellations to avoid being charged the full amount of your scheduled service. This allows us time to offer the appointment to another client.
We accept cash, all major credit cards, and HSA/FSA cards. Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
It's best not to eat a heavy meal right before your massage. Ideally, try not to eat for at least an hour before your appointment to allow for complete digestion and comfort during your session.
Professional massage therapists are non-judgmental and focused on your muscles and tissue, not your body shape or size. You can undress to your level of comfort, and you will be properly draped during the entire session.
Cryotherapy uses extremely cold temperatures to reduce inflammation, numb nerve irritation, and decrease pain. It can help speed up recovery time and enhance the benefits of massage therapy.
